Francis P. Jenkins, III Managing Partner
Mr. Jenkins has been in the real estate development business for the past 10 years. On the fee development side, Mr. Jenkins was the Director of the Fee Development and Project Management group at Leggat McCall Properties in Boston where he worked with a group of 12 project and senior project mangers. Prior to founding The Shermen Group, he was a Vice President at Lexin Capital. Mr. Jenkins operates out of the Shermen Group headquarters in New York City.
Richard Dowling, Principal, Development Services
Mr. Dowling has been managing construction projects for over 25 years. His projects have ranged from 3,000 sf branch offices to 1,000,000 sf high-rise developments. At the Shermen Group, Mr. Dowling leads the Development Services Group, advising clients on the coordination of projects from initial concept to final completion. Mr. Dowling operates out of the Shermen Group Boston office.
Mark Gerenger, Principal, Project Management
Mr. Gerenger has worked in the commercial real estate business for almost 8 years in Orlando alone having previously worked for GAW Realty in the Celebration office and for Marcus and Millichap in the Orlando Office. Prior to that, he owned a construction company in New York. Mr. Gerenger operates out of the Shermen Group Orlando office.
Eric Greene, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Greene has been involved in facilities management and construction for over 10 years. Prior to joining Shermen Group for nearly eight years Mr. Greene owned and operated IBR Consulting, Inc., an independent project management firm. Projects ranged in size from 800 sf to 75k/ sf. He holds a B.S. degree in Facilities Planning and a MBA from Boston College. Mr. Greene operates out of the Boston office in the Development Services Group.
Steve Keith, Manager, Construction
Mr. Keith has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. A highly skilled construction manager with business experience across all types of construction, he has led projects in multiple cities and countries. Prior to Shermen Group, he was the Vice President at Controlled Construction & Engineering. Mr. Keith is a graduate of the Texas A&M with a degree in Building Construction.
Ceil Good, Director of Business Development
Ms. Good has more than fifteen years of broad-based business development and marketing experience working for architectural, engineering, general contracting and project management firms. Her past clients have included The TJX Companies, Salem Five, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Fessenden School, Paradigm Properties, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dedham Savings, Sigma-RBI and New England Research Institutes. Projects ranged in size from 5,000 sf to 100,000+ sf.
Scott Aden, Associate
Mr. Aden has been involved in many different facets of commercial real estate for the past two years. Previously residing in Fort Lauderdale, he worked for one of the nations top retail real estate developers as a project manager. Now with the Shermen Group, he works out of the New York office and facilitates construction, financing and leasing. Scott holds degrees in Industrial Engineering, Finance and a Masters of Construction Management.
