The Shermen Group and The Oliver Group Strike Deal To Relocate US Headquarters to Stonington, CT.
The Shermen Group has struck a deal with The Oliver Group to relocate their US Headquarters to 14 Lords Hill Road, in Stonington, CT. The Oliver Group signed a long term lease for 11,000 SF of sea front office space. The entire property will undergo a full renovation, with construction scheduled to be completed by May 2010.
